Beautiful country inn in Kleinvollstedt directly in Schleswig-Holstein. Very nice hosts and the food is a hearty culinary delight. Have been there more often now! Now every Wednesday Schnitzel Satt with everything that goes with it. Highly recommended!

Visited the new owner for the first time today. We will definitely come back! The food was very tasty and the boss and his waitress were super nice.

This is exactly how I imagine a country inn. The food was delicious (we had enough schnitzel), the service was great and the chef also came to the table to inquire whether everything was to our satisfaction, which we were only too happy to confirm. We will definitely come back and will be happy to recommend the “Hopfenstübchen” to others. Thank you for this successful evening with delicious food.

Visit the Hopfenstübchen!!!!Absolutely delicious and freshly prepared food, great service and finally Klein Vollstedt has its little room back!We can more than recommend a visit, we were warmly welcomed and had a really good meal! A country inn just the way you like it. Good food on the fork and delicious because it's freshly cooked. The service including the landlord was super friendly and authentic.On Wednesday we had our fill of schnitzel and the portions are really huge, so you'll feel really full, but the quality doesn't suffer. Everything freshly prepared and really tasty.Nice service, nice chef who comes out of the kitchen and asks if everything tastes good. Very rustic and good country inn where you feel comfortable and welcome as a guest. Keep it up. Thank you for the good food and the cozy atmosphere.

Just a nice person, a nice team, a great restaurant and great food!!!Feel welcome, feel good, in a nice atmosphere with very good food: this is the right place!!!Today we were in the Hopfenstübchen for the first time (certainly not the last time).The parking lot is right in front of the door, the path to the entrance could be a little better lit for me.But as soon as the door to the guest room opened, we felt really comfortable. We were greeted by a rustic interior, a burning fireplace and a very friendly welcome. The space is rustic, friendly, inviting. Everything is super clean (including the toilets).The menu is small but nice, the friendly service also told us what was “extra” today that wasn’t on the menu.The starters arrived, the tomato soup tasted wonderfully fruity with a pleasant consistency. The mixed salad was lovingly prepared. Whether the "decorated" gurgen, the freshly grated carrots, the sunflower seeds... A simple salad can be like that too. Even the stalk of the tomatoes had been removed!The main courses were excellent. It wasn't a problem to reorder something. The pepper sauce for the schnitzel was served separately, the fried potatoes were wonderfully golden brown, the bacon was crispy without being hard, and the beans were not overcooked. A simple dish but perfect and made into a culinary delight with attention to detail. The beet puree was like "grandma's".A chocolate cake for dessert. Freshly made, liquid core, the slightly bitter note was brought to a full-bodied conclusion by the vanilla sauce and the slight acidity of the cherries in a play of flavors.You could taste the chef's love for his work in all the dishes. In the guest room, the very friendly service ensured that every guest felt welcome.The problem of the failed EC device was solved quickly, easily and in a guest-friendly manner through a real-time transfer.Clear statement: The Hopfenstübchen with its chef and host Holger Wilde and his great service staff is a real insider tip!

There is only one thing you can say about the Landgasthaus Hopfenstübchen: MEGA!!! Five stars plus. No matter if you're full of kale (in season) or full of schnitzel every Wednesday (please reserve) or the pyre... etc. Everything's great. Very nice owner, great employees.
